It’s mine

A lot about pole isn’t what it seems. What looks hard can be easy. What looks easy is usually hard. People ask the same things. Is it core. Arms. Strength. Being light. Flexibility. The answer is yes. All of it. And sometimes none of what you think.

There’s no single way to do things. And not everyone will see the small, nuanced wins. That’s okay. I do. This one matters to me. I hold it close. It’s mine.
