Learn With Mikko #5

I’ve said before that you learn a whole lot by working for someone you don’t like and for someone who doesn’t like you. I know it can sound like torture, but personally, I’ve learned to stand my ground and let my work speak for me that way. I will never allow them to question whether I get the work done or not.

Again, I am by no means advocating staying in a toxic environment that does not serve you. All I’m saying is that in the real world, you don’t get to pick and choose the cast of characters around you. Living in an echo chamber does not foster growth.

Please forward this to anyone who might need it. Particularly that one 🤡 who said di siya makikipagplastikan sa mga taong ayaw niya. It’s not “plastikan,” It’s being civil, human and professional.

Thank you.
