This policy explains how mikkosumulong.com collects, uses, and protects any personal information you provide. The site is run by Mikko Sumulong.
When you place an order, you may be asked for your name, email address, shipping address, and phone number, whatever is needed to deliver a physical item or send a digital download. If you create an account, that’s your email and a password you choose. Accounts are optional.

To process your order and deliver your purchase, send your receipt and download links, and respond to questions you send me. That’s the whole list. I don’t use your information for marketing or third-party advertising, and there’s no mailing list to add you to.
All payments are handled by secure third-party gateways. I don’t collect, see, or store your card details or bank credentials at any point. The site runs over an encrypted connection, and access to order records is limited to me.
Yes, in a limited way. Cookies remember your shopping cart as you browse and keep you signed in if you have an account. I use Google Analytics to understand general site traffic. I don’t run advertising and don’t use cookies for ad tracking or remarketing. Since there’s no ad-tracking technology here, Do Not Track browser signals don’t change anything on this site, there’s nothing to track in that sense.
Payments go through PayPal, GCash, or your bank, depending on what you choose at checkout. Each has its own privacy policy. Google Analytics measures traffic. Google reCAPTCHA protects forms from spam and collects hardware and software information to do so, which is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. The web host keeps standard server logs.
I don’t sell, trade, or share your personal information with outside parties, except as necessary to complete a transaction, such as the payment gateway processing your order or the courier delivering your package.
This site links out to other places, including my shops on other platforms. Those sites have their own policies, and I’m not responsible for their content or practices.
This site does not knowingly market to or collect information from children under 13.
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you can ask what personal information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, ask me to delete it, or object to how it’s being used. If you’re visiting from the EU or UK, you have similar rights under GDPR or UK data protection law. Email me and I’ll sort it out.
Deleting your data may mean I can no longer re-send digital downloads you’ve already purchased.
Order records stay for tax and record-keeping, and because digital download customers sometimes need their files again. Analytics data expires on Google’s own schedule. Account data stays until you ask me to delete it.
