Tech won’t fix a broken process
You can’t drop a platform on top of dysfunction and expect transformation. At best you digitize the chaos. At worst you make it harder to undo.
Technology should come after the diagnosis. Start with the basics. Where is the real bottleneck. What steps are eating time or duplicating effort. What is just legacy habit, kept alive because that’s how we’ve always done it.
Fix that first. Then choose a platform that supports the process you actually want. Otherwise all you’ve done is automate the mess.
